So I spent a couple of quality hours with a torch, bfh and a few other persuasion tools and got the mounting brackets straightened out. Today after work I pulled my bumper and managed to get it installed. The bumper will bolt up. After getting as much adjustment up as I could. The bumper is about 1.5-2" lower than the headlights. The angles are pretty close where the metal breaks at the angle between the grill and the lights. Its not dead on factory finish but not terrible. The light hoops on either side are larger and the center bar runs thru the middle of the headlights. I took some pics and will post them up later. But to make this bumper work and look pretty good I'm going to have to rework the light hoops on both sides, cut the frame mounts and shorten them up a few inches. Then possibly get some flat or diamond plate steel to fill the larger gaps kinda like ranch hand does it.
