Just came in the mail. And since it's raining here and can't install them I'm questioning if I should put them on in stock form with the red x or if I want to try and cut the red out and have the x be body color ( Arizona beige metallic).

Any done this before.. Looking to do a photoshop soon.

they do sell one with your body color
I would be afraid to cut the X out and give it more points to start peeling

apparently you wouldn't have to cut out the red X to make it disappear :poke:

I figured with the 08 window taillights tailgate and bumper the newer stickers would fit great. Only paid 20 for these so if they look like shat with the x cutout then it wouldn't be too hard to get another set.

And if they sold a set for under 40 that was Arizona beige metallic I'd do gnarl stead to help keep it together. All I could find was silver, red, blue, yellow, and pink.

I got mine off ebay. They were 20 shipped and took less than a week to come in.

I have to look at it and make sure there's a complete outline of the x and it will stay together forsure if cutout

Why not just take the sticker to a sign shop and have them make an x the color that you want. Then you wont have to worry about messing it up. My 2 cents.

I checked a few places before I ordered these and it was either like 75 or they couldn't do it. I might take these to one more place before putting them just to check.

Are they just like a regular sticker? I have a place here that can scan them and they ahould be around 15-20. Just depends on the color. 75 seems high to me.

Yea just regular vinyl it seems like. Just like the own sticker. Yea that's what I said cuz its 20 for these and others were 55-75 for the same thing.

Price can vary a lot with the brand and quality of vinyl used. They could be done very cheap with vinyl that has a outdoor life expectancy of ~6 months or for not so cheap with vinyl made to last ~10-12+ years. You deff get what you pay for. Always make sure you ask about the OUTDOOR life expectancy of the decal before you buy it. The longer the life, the higher the price.
