Couple large clips hold in the airbag, some have issues getting them out but mine came out relatively easy. I was thinking of getting a lariat steering wheel but that costs money and looses the heated steering wheel. We ended up spraying it gloss black, the satin finish we have been spraying we knew wouldn't wear well on the steering wheel. I felt red was a little tacky, gloss black it went, I like.
