2015 fx4 question

I have a 2015 fx4 crew cab with 2.5 leveling kit with some 20x12 moto metals 962 on 35's. The only time they rub is when i am turning right on the front braket of the bumper. Question is will a 4" lift clear and still have room for some flex reason asking is i work in pipeline so sometimes i do some off road. Any help info would be appreciated.

Beleive most guys have had success with trimming/removing the offending bracket on the bumper.
