I bought 20x12 fuel kranks on 33x12.5 tires. I'm on stock suspension on a 2000 7.3 and it rubs on the back of the inner fender liner. I bought a leveling kit will this fix the rubbing or will I need to trim it?

So I'm still on stock height and I trimmed the fender liner about 3inches and pulled it back with zip ties.. It clears with out hitting that now but almost at a full lock it rubbs on the actual fender.. I really don't want to cut the fender.. So I'm hoping the 2.5in leveling kit will fix this?

Mine clears 33x12.50 on 18x10 with stock x code front springs... what offset are your wheels? I'm thinking you don't have enough backspace.

No offense to you guys with anything but 12" wheels, but when you put a 20x12 with -44 offset alot of things change. You can't compare a 16" rim to a 12" wide.

I run 20x12 with 33x13.50 and I had to trim and install a leveling kit to get them to clear.

Did you have to trim the fender?

No. I did take a hammer and beat the little tab at the bottom of the fender in to keep it from cutting my tires. Thats literally how close they are to rubbing the fender.

I would like to think you'd be fine with a leveling kit. Especially since you're going with 12.50 tires.

Yeah I have trimmed and zip tied my fender liners back but on a sharp turn it rubbs on the fender. I have a 3" leveling kit on the way I'm hoping it does the trick

Can you please post up some pics on this...I'm looking to go 20x12 with a 33x12.50 but I was scared it would loom to small with my levels truck...
