225/100's and a 66/77/.90 Billet wheel only 410HP.

Got on the Dyno at TS and only put down 410 with 225/100's and a 66/77/.90 with a Billet Wheel. I did hit 1050ft.lbs but was kinda hoping for somewhere around 6. I was running erics X race tune. The guy said it kept downshifting on the dyno like it was a built tranny and it is not. It runs good in the tune but I dont know why I would only be putting down 410? Any Thoughts?

whats icp look like? you have a fuel system i'd imagine?

every time a truck down shifts on the dyno the numbers are crap, from what ive experienced. A built transmission wont make the truck downshift on a dyno, its the crappy dyno operator or the tuning. Eric can write you a dyno tune that prevents the truck from downshifting.

Yea Jared is right. Everyone was waaay low! Rudy only did 659 on spray.

No didnt get into town until late friday and idk who's dynos they were I think thouroghbred and beans I think .

Who's injectors? That sounds like a charger that's as big as mine, I can tell you without good ICP you won't make sh*t for power. How are you reading ICP?

Warren Injectors and ICP gauge piggybacked to the ICP sensor.

Im not real sure if 225/100's and a 66 could make 600hp...I could be wrong, but just dont seem like it would be enough.

Fortunately they can, just takes some good 225's and enough air..

Well thats a good thing. Cept for the case of the OP. lol Im more of a 7.3 guy but I keep up on the rest. Sounds like maybe an adjustment in tuning and a different dyno.

It was absolutely the Dyno...

Tuned 6.4 with Batmos and Erics new x-file, dynod 395.

Aaron did 695 spraying the same setup he did 1050+ at DPC.

My friend TJ dynod 663 on two stages of spray, dynod 700+ on fuel only two weeks prior.

Mike Corsilli dynod 5xx something on the nearly I dentical setup that did 870 at Rudy's event.

A tuned 6.0 did like 197...

Get your setup to a different Dyno or the track. Shame you wasted your $80 like the others did.

I think it was a dyno dynamics beans was runnin it I made 516 and 1450tq. On Matt's race file.

what gear did you dyno in. Sounds like they didn't know how to operate the dyno if everyone's results were the same. Your setup should put well over 600hp...more like between 625-650

I think they were operating the Dyno fine, maybe it just wasn't calibrated or something.

It's just weird that no truck dynod over 800hp, when there were 2 I personally watch that have dynod 1000+ before, but couldn't break 700.
