All negative comments aside, I'm ordering some 22x14 Fuel Throttles from Joshy at Dirty Diesels. Going to run 305/45r22 420s. Wondering if anyone has this same setup on a leaf sprung 250. How much trimming is required? Just wondering if I will have to trim the fender or get away with the bumper and liners.

So yea...that's not gonna work unless you trim your fenders and bumper off. LOL

I have 20x12s and 305/50s at stock height and I have a little bit of room to spare with my liners pulled back and no trimming.

I think it will need some work but it won't be as bad as the two above are making it out to be.

What code are your front springs?

Thanks as swinky, I expect to trim the liners and bumper, just wanted to know if anyone on here ran the size with stock front end. I'm not sure what code you're talking about, where would I find that? In the leafs? If I have to I'll put a hanger level on, but I'd rather not. Lol.

There's different spring rates on leafs. If you have some of the heavier springs it will help but I really don't think it's going to be too hard to make them fit.

i don't think so either, I just haven't seen many people with 14s on stock or leveled height. Which is why I made this post. Lol. We will see next week when I get the wheels and tires on! I'm ****ing pumped.

i have 20x12's with 305/55 grapplers on and no rubbing, xcode springs, just had to pull the liners back and trim slightly on bumper.... i would think 305/45's would clear but will look hideous lol thats a rubber band tire holding up alot of weight, i am surprised they sold you that combo for liability reasons.

The bottom bend in the fender will need cut or bent in, other than that you'll have to do the usual fender liners/bumper

You will have to do some real cutting. Curious to see how it turned out.

i still need tires. shouldnt need too much cutting, a guy just put the same wheels i have and 305/40 Xions on a leveled 06 and he doesnt rub bad at all he says, nothing some small trimming cant fix. im not to worried about it now. Just need to figure out what tire I am going to do.
