You'll be fine. You don't need anything till you get to a 285. I have a set of 2" wheel spacers if your interested though.

wheel spacers I've got, but longer studs I can't find..

hauling a 10k tag-along.. wondering about spacing under load

You need "adapter" style spacers, then the studs dont matter.

As far as the 10k tag a long goes, I hauled 12k multiple times when I was running 1.5" spacers - no problems.

I've always followed, nothing bigger than a 255 for dual tire sizing before a spacer is needed.

Mink is correct though, you want an adapter style spacer that has holes for your current studs and studs on itself. I've been running a pair of 2" hubcentric steel spacers between my rear duals for about a year now without any ill effects. I've towed heavy and haven't done anything differently than I did before the spacers, without any problems.
