360 Thrust Bearing Kit Install

So I need to rebuild my turbo and I don't really want to pay the diesel shop lots of money when I can do it myself. So how hard is it to do the complete rebuild??? I am ok mechanically inclined so I know I could do it. Is there any tips or anything?? I haven't ever pulled the turbo. What's the easiest way to pull it if any?? And where is the best place to get the 360 thrust bearing kit?? For a decent price. Thanks in advance!!
