4.10

4.30s would feel awesome but your mileage will be horrible. My truck got 380 miles out of a full tank with a long bed

3.73 my truck gets 500

With 35s? A 3.73. If you really want to regear, don't go above 4.10. When I was running 37s I wanted to.regear but wasn't sure of the ratio. Guys running 37s and 4.30s said it sucked above 60mph. I wound up getting new wheels and tires in the meantime and opted for.smaller rubber and now I run 35x12.5s and with 3.73s it's perfect. I put stg IIs in and it was a joy to.drive.

I have a 7.3 but the 6L is typically, if modded, more powerful so you should have no trouble with. 35&3.73

The tires I had on my dually measured to right at 34" tall with the 4.10s the truck runs great red light to red light and stuff like that and would really get wind out on the highway... With the 35's if you just really want to regear do the 4.10s I would stay away from the 4.30s unless you went with a really large tire

What size tire did you actually have.

I'm running 4.30s and Toyo 38s I made 600 miles on a tank adding 2stroke oil on a long drive. Just fuel no additive I get about 260-280 on half a tank. It really needs to match your tires. Also get your revs correct, and abs module adjusted for your tire size.

Motor mods would be cheaper than gears. I run 35's on 3.73 and it's perfect with my Pmax. 4.10s would have me back to stock RPMs. I added a GOGO manifold and it's made a world of difference for the turbo response. At 75mph I can turn right at 2k RPMs and still keep the MPGs in check. The pedal response at any speed is rapid so it's a sweet combo for me.

I know you sled pull the truck alot, I'd even consider 4.56s depending on how dedicated it is.

I have 35s and 3.73 gears. Its fine the way it is if im not towing. When I tow it sucks! California towing speed limit is 55mph and my truck can't go 55mph in overdrive. It wont spool the turbo (stock or mtw stage 1). I usually tow at about 65mph maybe 70mph. My mpg also sucks towing (9mpg towing 8k lbs toyhauler and 7.x towing 11k toyhauler). I want to do 4.10s

I'm thinking of regearing my truck. With 35 toyos and 20x12's my milage has went in the crapper. With my 16x8's and 285 A/T's it gets about 3 more mpg. I've thought abought regearing to a 4.10 also but who knows if it will even be noticable.

I know 4.10 will bring you back to the stock equation

With 35's and 3.73 at 70 you should turn 1807 rpms with 4.10 1986 rpms and 4.30 would be 2083 rpms. I figure the tire at 34.5 FYI.
