4" Elite DP with welded flange

As the title states, I have a 4" Elite DP that has a flange for a WG. It never has been used. New they sell for $400 so I will offer this one at $250 (including shipping). Also have 6.4 up pipe (single portion) included with kit. This is the other pipe in the picture. Also never used. Make me an offer.

Nope, it's 2 piece, will fit with the cab down.
