Anyone running this style kit, how do you like it?

I'm running RCD's, which is very similar, and I really like it. The truck does ride smoother.

I plain to take the stock mount off, and add a few inchs to the bars. Will be a home made kit. Want to het away from the radius arms.
Why do you dislike that style?

Ive never understood why you would upgrade then change back to stock. Its just backwards

I wont be going back, im to the point now, IF i ever sell stuff, it goes with everything. dont like having parts from old stuff. I ended up giving away to much stuff from my 2004 ford and 96 chevy.

What do you think of the hammered gray color for them?

What makes you plan to go to a four link over the three link? Does the three link hop at all like when hooked to a sled?

It was smooth enough when hooked to a sled, sadly I havnt had a good pass yet as I broke the rear drive shaft. 3-link worked great at the drag strip but when I competed in a tug-a-truck the front end bounced everywhere.

PMF product was very well built though, my 4-link will be from them aswell.


Shocks and tire psi play are part of it aswell.

Mink keep us posted on the 4link im hoping to get one for the spring time and hit my local pulls and i really dont want the wheel hop. Nice ride by the way!

A 4 link kit can be used with a 2.5" level kit and up and if you ever deside to go back to stock their are NO issues.

4 link kits do not have the castor or pinion changes as the suspension cycles like a 3 link.

3 links are great offroad on crawlers..
