A few things to check. One is the balance of the tires the alignment. Also crawl under the truck and check the drive shaft to see if you can see if any of the balance weights have fallen off.

I had this on my superduty. Rebuild the drive shaft with new u joints, carrier bearing, and balanced. No more vibration. I also think there is some type of harmonic balancer on mine that needed replacing.

dumb question but, does it always do it in the same spot? or anywhere? there is a road in my town no matter what your driving between 35 and 40 the vehicle will shake,

basically, for the allignment if the toe is not set correctly, which is the most common issue in front end allignment, its the difference in distance between the fronts and rears of the tires. if the tires are to far toed in, the tires are trying to push in twards each other going down the road. the axle holds them going foreward so the tire is somewhat slid across the road which makes the tire flex causing a vibration. if they are toed out it will do the same thing but the tires will be trying to drive away from the truck instead of under it. how do your tires look? that is the best indication of an allignment issue

Well i had the truck on the lift to rotate the tires and found my balljoints are going bad and my hubes a lil loose on one side. Could that be the problem?
