Mine does the same thing. But I have spartan, ever since I got the new update for my 200 tune it does that sometimes depending on how much throttle I'm using. I asked them why it does that now but didn't get a direct answer..

I would try a trans relearn...I was getting a crazy shift slip on 3-5 shift. Did a couple dead stop half throttle pulls, then some WOT to about 70...fixed it for me. I know mine is a 6.4 5r110 but, you never know.

If ima spend 6k on a trans it's go big or go home. I tried everything back to factory trans tuning and can engine tune, it shifts okay. My trucks been tuned since the 3rd day I owned it, which I bought it brand new. I put the spe tunes on it at 44k at 52675 is when the clutch bit the dust. I pull at least 5 days a week and its either a 32ft cattle trailer or a 35ft gooseneck and every time I hook up it goes to tow or stock. I think the problem was with the spe trans tune is it locks the converter to early for towing even with tow haul engaged. I'm not blaming spe at all. I love their tunes. Oh and it's getting a dual fueler!!!
