4wd to 2wd trans swap

swapping my 4wd trans from the waffle into Creampie tomorrow and vice versa. I've heard different things from different folks about what needs to change. some say swap tail housings and output shafts, some say there are some bearings that need to change too?? what needs to go with what trans?

I didn't know it was for sale until it was sold or I would have. When you posted about picking up a 2wd to tow the boat I told you to sell me your truck. I didn't see the sale add come up and heard from Matt it was already sold. Oh well.
