500+hp on a 1997 f350

I have a 1997 F350 that I'm wanting to get to 500+hp. I only have an MBRP exhaust and a Tymar 6637 cold air intake. Irate Diesel has a complete parts list for a 500hp 7.3l. I'm wondering if their list is a good one? And is the s366 a good turbo? I've seen a lot of people say it has high back pressures and that I'll need to waste gate it and get a back pressure gauge. And it also doesn't fit unless the firewall is modded? Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Here is the link to Irate Diesel's list.

The 366 is a good turbo for 500-525 max in my opinion. It is a cheaper alternative to an S400 turbo and spools nicely with the smaller turbine. Another option would be our BASB, still and S300 based turbo, but inherently has lower drive pressures and will out flow the 366 on the top end. The firewall modification is only with the downpipe (which we now supply with our OBS) BIG firewall mods are needed for a waste gate on the 94-97 trucks. If you are going to use the 366 I recommend the 360* thrust option for sure. If you have an A/T and you plan to go more down the road the 467.7 is a good option since the housings can be changed cheaply.

Depends on what injectors you have with it. Your other turbo options that Irate offersare the basb and 468. I got my 468 from him and I'm happy with it.

I have an all aluminum 7.3 stock superduty intercooler sitting in the barn if someone needs one.

Ran a s366 from Jake for years on stock injectors.
Then added a billet wheel and a 1.1 AR
Ran 250/100s for awhile and had great results. Granted I had to pull some fuel back, but it was a great runner/DD/sled puller

Then went with 160/80s for awhile and sold it
