Has anyone put a hood stack on a 6.0 without removing the ac? I wanna put one on my truck (legalities are not an issue :D ). I keep looking at the '05 dually since my truck is at G Racing and it looks like it'd be posible but I just can't really tell. I know the pipe would definitely need to be wrapped though.

I think you could just run it like a compound set up then turn it up when you get to the hood. see the pic for reference

Is having pipe in your face so addictive you are considering a hood stack to get you through the downtime?

Danny. Consider where you live... If this is going to be a day-to-day setup on a DD, rain, and ease of access need to be considered. As soon as a retard or two drops something in there, you could have some issues...
