Just set the cab back down today. Did rockers, pushrods, and lifters. Truck was running great prior to dissemblance. I got it all back together and am getting no boost. codes are p2263, Turbo boost mechanical. My MGP is reading in the negatives. I replaced EBP sensor, no help. EGR valve works as it should, no boost leaks, nor exhaust leaks. I let it regen today, it was about 45 minutes into it and it kicked out just saying not able to complete. Turbos looked great and the VGT responds....

Thinking Im going to toss a MAP sensor in tomorrow, but any other thoughts...

Not trying to be a dik. I've seen it happen. Is there a rag in there somewhere? Also loosen the down pipe before the filter and see if it will run. It sounds clogged. Is there a butterfly valve before the egr? Mine has been deleted for awhile. Could that be stuck some how?

After the regen, even though it did not complete, it reads clean. Yes the butterfly is still intact. I will check it tomorrow, but it had good spring when I put it back on... I dont use rags to clog anything, so not a chance. thanks

Have you un-hooked the exhaust to see if it picks back up?

I have not. Im going to replace the MAP sensor first... Besides a slight miss from #2, due to rockers being shot, this thing ran awesome prior... I cant see how the DPF would clog from sitting

unplugged map sensor, nothing. took it out, it was completely clogged as well as intake. cleaned it, i was getting boost, but the gauge was pegged at 40 at all times. got a new one in there, works amazing.. now the egr valve just shat out.... this truck will never leave...
