This happens intermittently. Once a few weeks ago after spinning the tires in the rain and three times today. Basically, a half throttle or more run for not very long (the first time it did it today I was pretty easy on it merging out of a rest area). Then as I let out, white/white blue maybe smoke... (hard to see it with dark tint, and I can't make it do it for the life of me once I roll the windows down and try to make it smoke). And there is a ton of it, so much so that you can't see any of the cars behind me at all. It is coming from the exhaust for sure.

Truck is a job 3 with Matts tunes set on performance, intake and exhaust. Egr and DPF gone.

Studded last month
Fass 260 last month with sump.
Motor seemed in perfect condition, nearly zero blow by. All cross hatches were like new. All the pistons looked great. I have not made a full drag type pass after the stud job.
Truck is set to defuel at 1200
boost is as is expected at relative throttle input.
There is a hissing sound at high boost, more than likely from a ****ty weld job on the egr pipe that I did to stop a leak.
There are no codes at all.
Only cel has been a tire pressure sensor fault.
I will be running a power balance tomorrow.

Thoughts?
Suggestions to look into?

Thanks in advance. I really only want to do the turbo and trans this year so I can finish the Excursion....

Moisture in the inter cooler?

Is it raining where you are at right now?

That is exactly it!
So, either replace the IC or drive it harder....
It would be awful to get one of those nice looking Alradcos in there.
Mine as well do the radiator as well...

See, why didn't you say that before I ordered a Mishimoto radiator, IC, and 8 gallons of Evans coolant. You could have saved me $2200 bro....

Just kidding. I really was getting sick of that ugly ass IC. It didn't take much to push me over that ledge....
