6.4 misfire

I have 6.4 that I'm working on that is running very rough at idle. It misses on #1 and #3, but runs smooth once going down the road.
When I manually run the FRP up to 15,000 psi at idle, the misfires smooth out.

The truck has 30% nozzles on it. Does this truck need a couple injectors or am I missing something?

Yes, blow by looks good. Nothing excessive. I got this truck in since its had a lot of work done to it and I'm trying to get it ironed out.

Okay, sounds like your on the right track. I would bet a couple of injectors would take care of it.

What does the power balance test look like? Does the misfire change if you turn the compensation off? What is rail pressure doing? Any codes?
