6.4 Motor. Good Deal?

Got a local guy with a supposed low mileage 6.4 complete motor. Wants 7k for it. Seems a little over priced, but hard to compare prices as I can't find many for sale.

Yea, should be everything. Guy made it a dedicated puller and ditched the 6.4

I'd say that is steep. I found one up here. Turbos to pan. 150,000 km (less then 100.000 miles.) for 3500. I haven't jumped on it yet as I'm in no rush.
