6.4 single turbo intake setup

hey guys im running mpd's single kit and an afe stage II intake setup and im having to run a adapter elbow to make the intake elbow attached to the larger compressor diameter on the turbo....not sure if I like that. want to know what everyone else is running just a 4 inch elbow or what?

If it was mine I would go with a No Limit Intake honestly. Yes don't get me wrong we love S&B intakes but when you are trying to move a lot of air the No Limit Kit performs very well and it looks very nice.

I made my own, picked up a couple of flanges that Empire Diesel makes for the MAF sensor. One for mine and one for a customers.

Nah, I'm a firm believer in needing a vacuum source on the crankcase. Intake manifold is clean as a whistle, just a light gold film from the oil thats stained the aluminum.

Just shove it over it inlet and forget about it. It's plastic, if it cracks when forcing it on, then get a no limit, if it doesn't.. Then once it heats up it'll be set to that size

cutting the s&b and getting it to fit is a clusterduck , I also ended up switching to a no limit as well

the throttle response on my reg cab was so much better, I ordered NL setups for the rest of my trucks!
