Got a 2008 with issue with it surging while getting up to speed or sitting there at idle and you can see the VGT actuator moving when it does it at a idle. Checked codes and watched pids with scan tool and dont see nothing jumping around that looks outta the normal. Also have changed tunes and no change. Any help thanks
