6.4L help!!! New turbos,new head gasket, egr delete still blowing white smoke

Hey all..
Wondering if I could get some help.
I have an 08 with 160km (100000miles)
Egr delete was completed over 3 years ago (from my stealership)
Truck started to blow heavy white smoke a month ago, brought it to my stealership and they told me it needed a turbo, they replaced both...
I picked it up it was running even worse then when I bought it to them, they then called out the head gasket, so they then replaced it.
I went and picked the truck up 4 days ago and it is still blowing heavy white smoke...
It is really heavy in the morning and clears up after 10 min hiway driving.
I have turned my tune right down it is worse the higher my tune is

But I have not added any coolant, it is still at the full line and like I said it is pure white smoke...
When the truck is warm and has been running for a while it runs great with a boat load of power.

My stealership is saying I am having injector issues and I need to replace them and they are suggesting I do them all... But if I was having injector issues would the smoke not be black...
The stealership also said that I am probably having compression ring issues..

Anyone go threw this or have any other ideas?

What does the exhaust smell like? If it smells like diesel I'd guess injectors. But I agree your dealer is screwing you by throwing parts at it. Is it throwing any codes?

And ya its crazy how they are just throwing parts at it...
Its kinda expensive

could be injectors but i would do a bit of testing prior to throwing 8 injectors at it.
