Thinking about ditching the powermax. Anyone have any input on a bullseye 64/71/.76 with mpd uppipe and manifolds for my 175/75's ??

I don't tow much, just daily driver in WV.

Egt's? Boost? Spool up?

Shawn told me I'd be good just can't tow alot.

Get ahold of Holderdown. I think they did a truck recently with that same type of setup. They can tell you how it performed.

The divided up pipes, aftermarket mans, and divided housing will help out alot on the low end. That charger may be just a tad large for those injectors, but that's a good thing to an extent(be able to get your money out of the injectors.) Egt's should top around 1400-1600, this can be dialed to your preference by pulling fuel on the top end. I would suggest getting the truck live tuned if you can swing it. It's expensive, but you get exactly the best performance possible.

Another thing would be get a wastegate to keep from overspeeding and control drive pressure.

I had that same charger on my 6.0 in a compound setup with 205/100's, it lagged just slightly more than stock, literally between the stocker and a pmax.

What are you guys seeing for fuel mileage out of these setups if you dont mind me asking?? This goes for the compound guys too. I am very curious.

I have been running Adrian's Stage 3 prototype VGT turbo since the Morgan Wildman event and I notice basically what Greg is seeing with EGTs on a huge hill, running 75 mph, and Eric's Xtreme X. I went on a vacation last week from Tennessee to Michigan and I pulled a little 6x8ft utility trailer with my Harley Street Glide on it and was only getting about 13 mpg and this was running Eric's Street tune. I have to say that I was pretty surprised and disappointed. I was hoping for AT LEAST 15mpg.

I know I am going to have to go get some live tuning done but I was just curious as the numbers Greg mentioned were real close to what I was seeing.

i never calculate my mileage any more, especially with all the hot rodding ive been doing lately because its addicting. I didnt really do mods for mileage, basically because its a truck. But I can get just shy of 500 miles on a tank all highway driving and maybe a little around town mixed in. That equates to an average of 15mpg, not too bad.
