7.3 block heater

i am asking yall - if anyone knows the wattage the block heater pulls on a 7.3 - i have two a 2000 &n2002 ?

They are 1000 watts. There is a 1500 watt available, oem from a caterpillar 3126 I think. Maybe a 3116.

I bought a "zero start" brand replacement last year, it was 1000w.

yup about 1k watts, maybe a lil more but i have no probs running my 6 gauge electrical cord when I want to use it.
