7.3 cutting out

Having issues with my 97 7.3 idles fine and smooth but when I go
To get on it turbo spools maybe 5 lbs truck goes to idle with peddle to floor
Once I let off it runs fine unless I go to get on it . Truck has stage 1 Bdp inj
Ts 6 pos from beans 150gph fuel system 3 inch dp to 5 inchexhaust

My 2000 did that id be driving and just no pedal. Had to limp it home on high idle a few times. I replaced the pedal switch. Didnt fix it. Ended up being my gauge cluster. When i replaced it it fixed my peadl.

Ok thanks Can u just buy the tps or is it the whole pedal assembly

Pedal assembly. You can check it with an ohm meter. It should move smoothly all the way across the range of motion. I bet you goes to open at WOT.

Ok I can't even put it to the floor without it goin to idle I have to let off and get back on it to go again

Like Airsley said, use an ohm meter and look for anything other than a smooth increase or decrease in resistance as the pedal is actuated.
