Does any know why the 2 dividers or maybe supports and in the middle of the intake. Can thay be removed???

Im not sure if they would be for support or strees/flex or just from casting.

I dont think it would hurt, but then again what do I know.

Why you want to remove them ? Turbulence ?

No. I want to put my water nozzles close to the opening of the head. I am thinking that would be a good place for water to build up on and then I would have big drops of water hitting the cylinders instead of a mist. The back support is right ware I want to put 1 of my injectors.
