I backed out of this because you live in Canada but yet you wanted me to ship the pumps to some box in new york? Yea to risky for me.

heck I would take a USPS shipment to Canada any day, just not FedEx or UPS as they rip you off on 'brokerage fees'

Or it could be he was worried that he would ship to this address, that is not where you live, and then after it is shipped, you claim you never got it, file a claim with paypal and he ends up out a pump and the money.

How will he fight it with paypal when the address is not where you live?

Well there where two forms of payment offered Paypal or money order and the money order would be a 100% guarantee.
As sellers and buyers on these sites we all assume some risk.

As far as him shipping to a secure U.S. address and Paypal. He could have contacted me and said he was not willing to do that, I would understand that and would have him ship it to my business address.

My beef is he never did that.

The reason Canadian buyers setup a U.S. box account is to save on brokerage and shipping costs.

No one needs to resort to name calling here guys.
