Okay so I Ford fixed my interior lights and now there is no horn checked under dash fuse # 12. Fuse was good what could it be? Unbolted steering wheel airbag switched out with a spare still no horn. Horn was working before it went into ford. Thanks in advance.

Just use your finger.
I kid. Start simple, since you already checked to see if the horn fuse is blown, see if you have power at the fuse. I don't know where the actual horn is on these trucks, but I'd check that out too for a bad connection. If Ford was playing around inside your truck though they may have inadvertently unhooked or pinched off a wire leading to the horn switch.

I know them F****** broke my A/C and they want $1600 to fix it when the A/C was working perfectly fine before they took the engine apart.

Could it be a loose wire or something? or will it be indeed the clockspring? it worked right before it went in 5 days ago.

So now the A/C dont work and my horn and cruise

The switch maybe? You'll have to take it all apart and then check. Or take it.back.
