7.3 powerstroke looses power, 6 speed

I have a 7.3 powerstroke and when I drive it for like 2 minutes it has power and runs good then all of a sudden it looses all it's power, anyone know what's wrong with it. It's throwing a code 1209

ICP related code. My guess is power is dropping off because as the oil warms up pressure is dropping off due to faulty IPR, O-rings, worn pump.... Need to check ICP pressure to see what's going on.
