I have a 95 2wd 7.3 160k on it. I noticed the front wheel bearings were getting bad so I proceed to replace them. I am having the worst luck getting the rotors off they must have got hot and I have tried everything to get them off including a puller, slide hammer and I even tried heating them up. If anyone has any suggestions to help me out please feel free I am open to all suggestions.

Thank you
Brock

Remove grease cap, cotter pin and cage, then nut. Take the big washer off. Might take a little persuasion but the rotor and bearings should come off.

Setting bearing preload is sometimes not straightforward. I would suggest having someone who's done it before help set them up when you're done. Don't wanna wreck anything or hurt anyone.

Remove the wheel and tire.

Remove the grease cap.

Remove the cotter pin and the wheel hub nut.

Discard the cotter pin.

While rotating the wheel clockwise, tighten the wheel hub nut to 28 Nm (21 lb-ft) to seat the bearings.

Back off the wheel hub nut until loose (approximately 120 degrees to 180 degrees).

While rotating the wheel, tighten the wheel hub nut to 2 Nm (18 lb-in). Turning torque required to rotate the hub should be 2 Nm (18 lb-in).
Install a new cotter pin.

Install the grease cap.

Install the wheel and tire.
