If I remember correctly there should be a aluminum cylinder looking fuse on the back of the fuse panel that powers those. Did you check that one?

Checked fuses under the hood, all good. Fuses under the dash are good but no power to the turn signal fuse or the flasher? Checked the flasher and it's good but no power at the terminals. Hazards work and brake lights wipers etc work fine.

Blower motor has no power to the fuse so it doesn't work either, ideas on where to look would be great.

Cruise doesn't work and the overdrive button doesn't work so I assume it's a electrical issue from something. Thanks in advance

The signal stat for the turn signals is on the backside of the fuse box the one on the front that you can see is for the hazards.

Do the hazards work?
Have you checked the fuses under the hood with a meter? #17 and #20
Is there power anywhere on the interior fuse box?

It's like the round one but on back.

That's a relay and not a fuse. The one that you can see if for the hazards and the one behind it is for the turn signals.

From all the problems it sounds like you are going to need to find a EVTM manual to do your troubleshooting.

The multi function switch/turn signals, wiper switch will do strange things when it starts to go out.

So the one on the back side has power to it not the one on the front if that makes since. Fuse 7 for the turn signals does not, I will check more when I get off work. Where can I get the diagrams you suggested so I can further diagnose this issue.

Any thoughts on the blower or the cruise and Od light

I'm not sure if this link will help or not

You can also go here and put in the information for your truck and search the wiring diagrams to see if you can find anything else that might help.

The actual EVTM's are a manual that you would need to find to purchase. They are starting to get hard to find.

So I found the issue was a fuse I checked and over looked it. Also put in a new switch and flasher as well.

As for the overdrive I have not found he issue but it sure does make the shifting act strange

That's because the pcm monitors the tail lights and the center high mount brake light.

The third brake light causes some weird problems but I doubt that it is your problem.

I'm betting on the multi-function switch.

I fixed the turn signal and blower motor issue. The issue I'm having now is the overdrive switch doesn't work and the trans doesn't shift like it should imo, first gear shifts around 2500rpm under normal pedal acceleration and shifts hard from 1-2 3-Od and when going say 65 and letting off the pedal the torque convertor unlocks instantly and drops to 12-1500 Rpms, also once down in speed coasting you can feel every gear as it down shifts as if you were doing it manually
