96 Powerstroke sputters on take off???

My 96 powerstroke keeps sputting at low speed. When i start to take off, it it will take off then be back to normal. Ill barely press the pedal and for 1 second it will feel like its half way pressed down? anyone had any issues like this?

How's your filters looking? How about fuel pressure?

Just replaced the filter 2 days ago. And ill check the fuel pressure tonight. How many psi should it be at?

Have you done any mods to your truck? High mileage? IPR maybe.

Ts 6 position, 5 inch straight pipe. Thats it. truck has 261xxx miles. I replaced the ICP sensor and crank sensor about 2 months ago because it was acting up.
