97 7.3 oil in fuel filter.

My uncle has a 97 7.3 with about 150k on the clock, he said its putting oil into the fuel filter. He was told it was the o-rings on the injectors and if so how hard are they to swap out? Thanks

That is the problem. Not hard at all. Search injector r&r on Google. Alot of hood write ups. Do glow plugs while your there.
Make sure to use motorcraft o rings. I'm on my phone or I'd post the pic of the victor rienz gaskets I decided to use because of a last minute decision. Never again.

I am sure the injector o-rings are the issue. That is a really good write up that Riffraff has. The job is pretty straight forward.
