im working on a 97 auto ,
it will start runs fine full power and all, after a 15-20 min or so it shutsdown like you just turn the key off, if you dont wait a while it will die seconds after refireing.

not sure if related but the odometer loses 50 miles every time you tune ignition on.

ive RR the cam sensor, and the IPR assembly

im running stg1s, D66, BTS, FASS, adrenaline, OEM reman 7.3 from Ford. and Matt robinson Gearhead tunes

When you say wait for a while does that mean till it has cooled off. If so that sounds like HPOP system issue that is bleeding off pressure that is worse when the oil is thin.

So I'm assuming you have replaced the CPS correct? When it dies does it just immediately shut off or run rough and then slowly die?

I would go with a HPO leak as well. Check strength of the pump (monitor both ICP psi and DC% if you can). Also check injector o-rings, could have one in bad enough shape to cause a massive leak when its idling at 800psi and the oil gets really thin. Doesnt take much to cause a huge leak when your working with high pressures and really thin oil

I'm having somewhat a similar problem, when I turn my headlights on and hit the brake pedal the truck dies instantly. Mechanic said it could be bad ground with my rear harness or just bad ground from body to frame. Maybe just check your grounds.

Whats this about the odom loosing miles every time you turn the motor over?
Sounds like something is funky with electrical myself.
I would check injectors myself like strokeorcroak suggested. But that odom thing is strange????
