97 van motor vs truck motor

sure this question has been asked but besides the turbos being different, is there any other difference between the van 7.3 and truck 7.3? only reason i ask is cause the motor in my 89 is right out of a E350

I believe the oil cooler puts the oil filter at a different angle on the E-series.

Valve covers are different...

Pullys can be different depending on the set up...

Long block is more or less the same.
