Hey guys,

Just thought I would share a pic of what I have done to the front end of my truck. I was getting sick of the orange corners, and the gray/black plastic bumper.

I decided to go clear corners and paint the plastics of the front end white. The paint I used what just a Duplicolor Color Match paint. It is Ford Oxford White. It doesn't match perfectly to the color of the truck, but because it has the chrome part to separate it from the truck so I think it looks fine.

The whole conversion costs around $60 and a couple hours of time. I used plastic primer, oxford paint, and an automotive clear coat. The paint costed a total of $15, and the corner lights were $45.

I would say I'm pretty happy with the significant change it made to the truck.

Here is a pic(sorry about the glare)...

Looks good. Every once in awhile I'll see a 99-04 front end that looks really nice, especially now that everyone doing anything with the front clip just does an 05' conversion.

Yeah, it just wasn't worth the price to do the full conversion for me. I think it looks a lot better than factory at least.

Looks good.

Not trying to be a d!ck but i noticed you have a little ding in your front bumper. It just so happens to be in just about the same spot as the ding in my front bumper and my friends and about 3 other super dutys around town. Is this like a common thing or just coincidence?

Hahaha. That's funny you notice that. I guess it must just be a weak spot. Have no clue how it even got there. Just showed up one day LOL
