I am currently putting the parts together to convert my 2x4 F250 from SRW to DRW. I have sourced a 02 DRW out at a local wrecking yard I can pull the rear dana 80 and the front spacers off.

My question is, are the front spacers and rotors one piece or are the spacers pressed to the rotor?

Second the axle is missing the driver axle shaft and the rotor/outer hub portion off of it. The axle shaft won't be hard to replace but can the complete outer assembly be sourced out from anywhere? I can get the rear axle as is for $120+core. If I can source the rotor out easily I think it'd be a pretty good deal.

Thanks.

Afaik, the knuckles are the same from srw to drw. The spacer is held on by the wheel studs, and conical nuts, sandwich ing the rotor, like the wheel does in a srw setup. They are a snug fit, just need a little loving with a bfh. Ok, maybe a lot if the axle has been out in the elements for a while.
For that price, I'd do it.

These spacers have no nuts holding it onto the rotor. They look onenpiece. Did the 2wd models have 1 piece rotor/spacer assemblies? Can I not find a 4wd dually and just bolt the 4wd dually spacer to my 2wd rotor/studs or is there something different about the serup?

It may work, not really sure. Both my duallys are 4x4. One came factory, the other I swapped over.

Did you have to modify the driveline at all or was the rear a straight swap?

Bolt-in and go. U joints were the same, new u bolts, as the tube size is different from the sterling to dana axle. The swaybar was slightly different, also.
