99 starter relay location?

Guy I work with is working on a 99, no start with the key but can jump the starter posts and it will start. He is trying to find the starter relay any help would be appreciated.

Follow the passenger side positive cable. It will take you right to it. On the passenger side fender.

Not what he is looking for its a 6 spd has power to the ignition and from the ignition but not at the clutch switch

I see. No clue where that is. Good luck. You could jump across the switch for a temp fix.

Ok thanks anyways, the diagram he has shows a relay between the ignition switch and clutch switch but he can't seem to find it.

Switch is directly.above the clutch.

Ok I guess the relay he was looking for is built into something else. He went back through the fuse box, and found a missing fuse.
