What is the difference in the early 99 and late 99 suspension. Wanting to lift my truck with a e99 front axle. Will a 99-04 lift work with the e99?

I beleive the difference is in the spring width...what is the build date of ur truck?
I have a 99.25 can and chassis truck in my yard I can check on dimensions

Pitman arms are different, and I think the u bolts are round in the late.

Truck is a 02 that I did a 4x4 conversion with what is supposed to be a e99 front suspension.

Leaf springs are 3" and have square ubolts that go down for the top.

You used the old u bolts? I am sure all you need is a different pitman arm if the kit isn't specific to the e99.

E99 front U-bolts are square and the keys on the pitman arm are at 10,2,4,8 o'clock positions. Everything else is the same.

On my E99 I am actually using the "round" u-bolts......
