newbie here, long time lurker, first time poster. Very appreciative of all the info I have already gotten from the site without even being a member. Now, Ive got a couple of issues. Short story on my truck is:

06 250 CC SB
studs and all small engine "upgrades" done first of the year
s&b intake, 5" straight exhaust, gauges, SCT innovative tunes

FF to now. Last week the truck started running terribly rough and blowing a considerable cloud of smoke upon cranking. This was during the day and warm. (98*+ outside) Got worse, checked codes, and 2 injector failures. Tried to limp it to our shop, and it died on me. Called Jess Warren and had him overnight me 8 190/75 injectors. Got those in, but now it is bucking terribly (especially when cold starting) Will take several, several miles to start running decent, but never runs great. Also, has a lope at idle, meaning it will bounce between 250rpms. Sounds cool, but its obviously not what I want. Also, the truck has been doing this for awhile: cold starting, even in the crazy hot temps we have had, it is rough starting, and blowing a slight haze of whiteish smoke out the pipe. From all the research I can find, everything points to ficm. ? Waitiing right now on the engine to cool down to test it, but would like any other opinions on what I should look for in case it tests out good. Also, just did a service on the truck, oil and fuel filters. And, the only code I get now with the lope and rough start/running is p0263 - cyclinder #1 contribution/balance. TIA guys.

ok, got a 58v ficm from innovative. Put it in last night and truck was running a lot better, but still not perfect. This morning still blew a haze upon crank and warm up. Had to pull our bobcat back to shop from a job, and things went south. Chattering bad again like injectors, next redlight I fogged out everyone with a cloud of white/greyish smoke, then the trucks power went in the tank. Pulled off, shut it down, tried to restart it, locked up. Talked to jesse and he said no doubt injector o-rings. Last night the code was #1 cylinder balance/contribution, now its showing for #3, and the #1 code is nowhere to be found..........starting to hate this truck......
