Thanks guys. I’ve got more of my blood sweat and tears into this than I’d like to admit. Proud of how it’s turning out for sure. I’ve got some RCD 150% that are flow matched and balanced. A couple reasons... with as heavy as this thing is and as hard as I beat it, I decided I’d start paying attention to the weight of things I was changing. My goal is to get a few hundred lbs of it. It’s several hundred pounds heavier than any other truck of its caliber unfortunately, so this go round I was somewhat weight conscious. My original plan was to do the full exhaust in titanium - I was figuring I could have lost close to 40lbs just in the exhaust alone, but they only sold 5” in 2’ long pieces, and titanium v bands weren’t going to be available until June combined with the fact I was going to have to have a titanium downpipe flange made, I ended up back with stainless (for the exhaust anyway). Aside from weight, the heat properties of titanium are much better than aluminum like I had, and stainless as well. I was sanding titanium pie cuts down the other day and they would heat up to the point I could barely hold them, but I could basically blow on them a few seconds and they’d cool off. My old aluminum piping would heat soak if I was driving it hard on hot days enough to where I could feel it in the pedal and notice it out the tail pipe. Plus, this sh1t is cool lol. I love the way it looks and I wanted something that nobody else had. I’ve been spending a lot of time around GTR’s and Lambo’s lately and seeing all the titanium stuff a lot of those aftermarket companies use, I wanted in lol.
