I'll be installing a Pioneer Head Unit soon into my 2008 F350 Fx4 Truck. The head unit has the module/provision for steering wheel control measures.
My Steering wheel does not have the right side volume control/seek/call button. It's just blank. I popped out the blank panel, no wiring is behind it.
I've done some research on adding this right side volume control onto the wheel, the consensus I'm finding is you either need to check to see if the harness has the built in provision for the volume control on the wheel or you need a new steering wheel with the right side provision already in tact...I'm not sure what the true right answer is. Anyone have any input on this?
