It is your filter that is causing the issue. If you go to the pro graurd 5 filter you will have far less problems depending on what turbos you have. If you are running stock turbos, you will have no problems with the ProGaurd 5. If you have more than stock turbos like even a batmowheel, then I would either switch to the No Limit intake or the AFE Stage Elite upgrade that transforms your current stage 2 intake into a much more free flowing kit. Personally I would just get the No Limit intake and be done. That's what I did. It is easier to take on and off the truck if you are working on it. In a dyno comparison, the No Limit intake made 11hp more than the AFE Stage Elite as well.
