Statement is a little vague, first off, what fuel system? What fuel line do you need to replace?

I use Jegs push to lock fittings with Parker pushlok rubber fuel line, no issues since. Can withstand 300 psi and 500*F.

Jegs or Summit Racing will do. I have had good luck with Jegs, Summit, and Aeroquip fittings.

For what pump and are you asking about suction, discharge, or both?? I presume you are going to use an A1000 or Fuelab and in that case you should use 5/8in minimum on the suction and you can use 3/8in or 1/2in on the discharge. Both have been proven successful to work.

I used all aeroquip fittings and lines from summit racing. I went with braided stainless fuel line and made my own fuel lines with anodized fittings.

what line are you using(braided stainless or rubber push lock line)? I run braided stainless. Just get the line from summit racing with and make your own lines. You can also get the 90* from summit.

Stay away from Jegs and Summit "Braided" Hose. it is still push loc and only 300 psi resistant, with no wire insulation or teflon. 500* is an easily reachable temp when these lines are a foot from a 1500+ degree exhaust manifold. Just because people use it doesnt mean it could not pose a problem down the road, either. There is a reason why we will not sell a fuel system containing sub-par parts and only use 5800 psi, teflon insulated hydraulic houserated at over 1400*. If a push loc line were to ever melt near an exhaust manifold- and hot diesel at 50-100 psi starts gushing... you can imagine the end result. I can also make you custom length lines with any fitting you need. Let me know if we can help.

This is what Happens when you use 300* resistant push loc on regulated returns. This is a 6.0 customer of mine (wasn't our regulated return obviously)

customer said he saw a little smoke from under the hood, pulled over and popped it open, and it went up in flames.
