Anyone installed DVD/entertainment? What's available? Preferably in headrest.

I've done quite a few Advent ones. Stay away, far away from them. Every single one has come back for warranty repair, and I do mean every one of them.
The Invision ones are basically the Ford factory versions. So if you want identical to OEM, go with Invision. They are more expensive unfortunately, and no you cannot get them at the local Ford dealer. Ford cut off Super Dutys from DVD headrest upgrades at the dealer level.
There's other brands too, sorry I don't have nearly as much experience with others.
