Aftermarket Torque Convertor installs??

Are there any tuning adjustments required when using (insert brand name) torque convertor?? I would think if staying close to stock stall there isn't much to worry about. Need more info?? Ask me. The time for tax returns is coming!

to my knowledge, tuning does not change.

After talking to a few others off-line there could be a need for tuning adjustments. The SCT tuner would need to address the differences and potential issues.

Just saw this and enlisted immediately. Good job on getting it going!

I made sure my tuners knew when I changed the trans. Not sure what they adjusted, but I can ask if you'd like. I know they tuned for the modified solenoid pack.

depending on who you go with for a converter some are going you to want to pull the pump out of the tranny and change a spring in the pump to increase pressure, that might play a roll in the tuners trans tuningx bet thing to do is give one a call and c what they say best way to know for sure
