If I understand right there's very little capacity in the stock system and once it's full it bypasses water directly into the system?
If that's the case...is there a good direct bolt in aftermarket separator that will add some capacity to the system?

Just wish it was about 1/2 the price. lol
Bob makes good stuff though...I'm sure it's a great product and I guess cheap considering the alternative.

no doubt, i am one of the people that had thier fuel system warranty Voided because of "water" in the fuel system.

I personally dont feel that there is anything wrong with it. I put on a new valve and good to go.

Donaldson makes a universal set up that could be adapted. Great water seperation from them as well.

You would think after buying a $58,000 truck they would put a decent water separator on it.

i dont feel that there is anything wrong with it, from what i have seen its bigger than almost any other water seperator in a light duty truck.

I think the problem is in the shipping/packaging of the fuel system before its installed in the truck. Low mileage failures. They either fail under 20k or go forever.
