[QUOTE="saminga, post: 1391318, member: 25056"] I purchased and installed the Airlift 5000 and the Quickshot compressor system this past weekend. The air bags seem fine, time will tell. The Quickshot system?? Not so much. Installation was ok, however they certainly did NOT take the installation difficulty/time into account. They took cost into account and that's about it. It began with the compressor being in the typical "Made in China" box. Is it even cardboard? With plain black letters on it, so I knew it was straight off the boat into Los Angeles from chunshing or wherever in China. Then I noticed that Airlift spent ZERO time having anything with the compressor custom for what THEIR customers might want. Like tabs with holes and screws for holding it to the frame like it was from a Barbie playhouse set. Of course there'd never be anyone on here needing their bags to stay inflated on a construction site or anything right? There are no instructions with the compressor, tank, switch install, just a diagram with words that had characters in them that weren't even a language. LOL. There WAS HOWEVER, plenty of time spent by Airlift ensuring there were phrases telling you NOT to get the compressor splashed or it might fail. And of course no one would ever want to put a compressor and bags on a truck that they tow and launch a large boat with would they? I hope if it goes out, I'll get a decent warranty, but I probably wont. Good thing I got the rebate on it. We'll see what happens but thought I'd relay my opinion in case anyone was considering this.
